New Zealand's Office of Film & Literature Classification (www.censorship.govt.nz) tells you what you should and shouldn't watch... this is their rating system:
Suitable for general audiences of all ages
Younger children may require parental guidance
Suitable for mature persons over 16 years of age
Restricted to persons over 13 years of age only
Restricted to persons over 15 years of age only
Restricted to persons over 16 years of age only
Restricted to persons over 18 years of age only
Exempt
