its interesting,different than other movies made...to like this movie you have to be a SF lover or else you wont like it.
Fairytale magic
Another incredible and touching movie from M. Night Shyamalan.
The story is in constant danger of becoming silly and cheesy, but fortunately it manages to stay compelling thoughout.
This is what the magic of watching a movie should feel like.
Lady in the water
Quite wet in places but interesting in a placid sort of way. Not many ripples on the water but didnt drown in complicated plot. A movie to see when you feel like something kind of mellow.

Like Shyamalan's recent Village & the alien one which I forget the name (with Mel Gibson)... Lady In The Water sinks further into self-indulgence. Whilst having the odd scare and some nice scenes, the overall impact is weak and unbelievable. Sappy.
