Just announced: Cabin in the Woods will be playing at this year's New Zealand International Film Festival as part of Ant Timpson's Incredibly Strange Collection. They're going all-out too, with plans to screen it at the Auckland Civic and the Wellington Embassy.
Kiwi horror nuts jumped on forums, gathered partitions and rallied together to ask for our mighty nation to get the theatrical screenings it deserves, proving that you can get through in life if you complain loud enough. Our collective voices have been answered.
