Today the first films of the 2012 NZ International Film Festival (which starts July 19 in Auckland) were announced. Let's get to it.

Doco from the director of La Danse on Paris’s Crazy Horse cabaret. WARNING - this trailer is also R-rated.

CABIN IN THE WOODS
Shortly after this announcement we also received the welcome news that Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard's much-hyped horror Cabin In The Woods will be playing as part of Ant Timpson's Incredibly Strange batch of films - and at the Auckland Civic and Wellington Embassy no less.
