Hugh Laurie Looks Set To Be The Villain in 'RoboCop' Remake
Hugh Laurie (TV's House) is currently in talks with MGM and Sony about playing the villain in their upcoming remake of RoboCop, helmed by José Padilha (director of the darn good Brazilian Elite Squad films). This all comes from IGN, who have hammered the 'I'd buy that for a dollar' joke long before I could.
If Laurie accepts (fingers crossed he does), it'll add to the impressive lineup of Gary Oldman (Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy), Joel Kinnaman (TV's The Killing), Abbie Cornish (Limitless) and Samuel L. Jackson.
