Hunger Games 2 Has A Director

Francis Lawrence is taking over The Hunger Games' director's chair, helming the heavily anticipated sequel Catching Fire. His filmography ranges from "all right" to "pretty all right," with his three most noticeable films being Constantine, I Am Legend and last year's Water for Elephants. 

While Lawrence will most likely do an admirable job continuing the series, I'm a little bummed out that they couldn't nab the other director they had in mind, Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban).

Oh well, beggers can't be choosers.
