Jason Bateman To Make His Directorial Debut With Indie Comedy 'Bad Words'

Jason Bateman has deservingly made his long-awaited rise into Hollywood stardom, releasing a comedy triple-threat last year: Paul (yeah!), Horrible Bosses (hell yeah!) and The Change-Up (erm…). According to Slashfilm, Bateman readies the director’s chair for the indie comedy Bad Words, which he will also star in.

The bastard child of the organizer of the national spelling bee gets his revenge by finding a loophole and attempting to win the bee as an adult, only to find friendship in a young Indian contestant.
