'Saw' Writers To Redo 'God Of War' Script
IGN reports that Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan (screenwriters of Saw IV, V, VI and 3D) will be revising David Self’s (who did the screenplay for Road to Perdition) draft script of the game-to-film adaptation of God of War. Guess the studio execs wanted more flesh-ripping sequences and convoluted flashbacks or something.
Melton and Dunstan are also the pen jockeys for Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming sci-fi epic Pacific Rim, which is due for release July next year.
