A New York reporter (Linda Kozlowski) goes to Australia to meet eccentric croc hunter Mick Dundee (Paul Hogan) and invites him to the Big Apple in this Australian, culture-clash comedy classic. Hogan - who took inspiration from real-life bushman Rodney Ansell - won Best Actor at the Golden Globes in 1987 while the film itself was 1986's second highest grossing worldwide. It remains Australia's highest grossing film domestically.
