Documentary on Bobby Liebling, the burned-out frontman of forgotten heavy metal band Pentagram. Liebling attempts a brave resurgence after a depressing three-decade period of hard drugs and isolation living in his mum's basement.

Bobby Liebling had been churning out genre-defining hard rock for over 36 years as the lead singer of Pentagram, but various acts of self-destruction, multiple band break-ups, and botched record deals condemned his music and the band to obscurity. Decades later, and by this point a drug-addicted recluse living with his mother, Liebling is rediscovered by the heavy metal underground. With the help of Sean 'Pellet' Pelletier, his friend and manager, Bobby attempts to ressurect the band and his legacy.
