Abdul Khaaliq (T.R. Silambarasan, Eeswaran) learns he must prevent the assassination of the Chief Minister in order to be freed from a time loop in this Tamil-language sci-fi action thriller. En route to Coimbatore to help his friend elope, Abdul Khaaliq is pressured by the DCP to attend a political gathering and assassinate the minister, or his friends will be killed. To prevent a religious riot Khaaliq realises he must escape the loop instigated by his connection to the deity Kaal-Bhairav. Venkat Prabhu (Chennai 600028 II: Second Innings) directs.
