My main problem with this documentary, which Gameau says is a quest for definitive answers, is that it is so one-sided.

A well thought out, informative and amusing documentary. Only 90 minutes long but full of interesting facts with several cameos including Hugh Jackman, Stephen Fry and Isabel Lucas. Excellent Doco

I saw this recently on the plane and it was a real eye opener. I am trying to change the way we eat as a family and will be taking along my older children so they can see why we need to make changes. Fabulous doco that should be played in schools as part of Health Education.

Food for thought

Went to the screening, where the filmmaker said "if you are going to tell people the truth, you have to make them laugh or they will kill you!". Hugely entertaining film with some rather disturbing home truths. I took my family and they have all changed what they drink in particular, as we don't eat much processed food. I would consider myself pretty clued...
