Oliver Stone's Arizona-set thriller with an all-star cast led by Sean Penn and Jennifer Lopez. Bobby Cooper (Penn), a broke, two-bit criminal becomes involved with a desperate man (Nick Nolte) and his Indian wife (Lopez).
