Pandorum

2009

Science-fiction horror about two astronauts on a massive spaceship 500 million miles from Earth, who awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber to find their 60,000 fellow passengers have vanished. It's pitch black, they are disoriented, and the only sound is a low rumble and creak from the belly of the ship. They can't remember anything: Who are they? What is their mission? With Lt Payton (Dennis Quaid) staying behind to guide him via radio transmitter, Bower (Ben Foster) ventures deep into the ship and begins to uncover a terrifying reality. The spacecraft's deadly secrets begin to be revealed and the astronauts find their own survival is more important than they could ever have imagined.

  • Best Sci fi horror since Aliens

A Claustrophobic, yet expansive benchmark in scifi horror. An Excellent underrated movie. It failed, more because of poor marketing, than any issue of quality. Would have loved to have seen this one in theatres

Probably the best sci-fi/horror film I've seen and deserves more credit.
