flicksWinning you over before the feature even starts with the infectiously charming short film Feast, Disney capitalises on its new-age animated renaissance with this Marvel comic book adaptation. It also furthers the studio’s progressive attitude – even more so than Frozen – with its Eastern-Western world of San Fransokyo and, more importantly, how it focuses ye olde Disney Magic™ towards the modern wonders of science and technology.
Bittersweet
This movie was delightful, plenty of funny moments and gentle twists in the plot. Although Big Hero 6 has a happy ending, I'm not sure whether the ending helps to relieve much of the sadness developed earlier on in the film. A very nice family watch, I doubt it is possible for one to regret seeing this movie.
A Whole Lot of Fun
This ticks all the boxes a movie should have, some action, good motivations, heartwarming characters, great one off lines, and a message to take away for the kids. I don't get why there isn't more hype around this film which will appeal to all audiences (boys and girls of all ages). Also when can I move to Sanfransokyo?
Big Hero 6
Based on the Marvel comic book. The endearing Disney animated superhero film, Big Hero 6 is entertaining, action-packed and touching. Set in the fictional city, San Fransokyo, young robotics expert Hiro becomes best friends with Baymax, a marshmallow-like inflatable robot created by Hiro's older brother Tadashi, who recently died in a fire. When a masked...
I'm All About The Baymax
Big Hero 6 'Voltron' with non combining powers, the blank face of 'V for Vendetta' yet the beauty and passion of 'Wall-E'. Easily predictable for adults (but still enjoyable & loveable), so the kids will adore the film and Baymax. A lot of empathy for all the characters makes it an enjoyable watch. Grene: Animation, action, superhero, comedy -Stay till the...

pressA melding of old and new modes of animation, in which the attentive artistry of the past coexists with the hyper-detailed, computer-generated present.
