Hell Fest
A serial killer hides in plain sight in this slasher that takes place within a horror-themed amusement park. From iconic horror producer Gale Anne Hurd (The Walking Dead, The Terminator).
A group of college friends, and their boyfriends, head to Hell Fest – a sprawling labyrinth of rides, games, and mazes that's in town for Halloween. For one visitor, Hell Fest is not the attraction – it is a hunting ground. An opportunity to slay when his victims are too caught up in the fun atmosphere to recognise the horrific reality playing out before their eyes.

Reviews & comments

Variety
pressA competently crafted slasher film rendered instantly forgettable by its disinterest in character, plot, and motivation, let alone original ideas.

Los Angeles Times
pressThe premise allows for some spectacularly spooky sets, though director Gregory Plotkin and a team of screenwriters fail to use them for anything all that scary.

IndieWire
pressIf it were any good, it could have been the movie of the moment. Instead, it'll have been forgotten by Halloween.

Hollywood Reporter
pressYou've seen it all before, and better: A blade to the chest, an axe to the leg, a syringe to the eye.
