I Love You Phillip Morris
True story about a charismatic conman's (Jim Carrey) journey from married, small-town businessman to flamboyant, gay, white-collar criminal. Also stars Ewan McGregor and Leslie Mann.
"Steven Russell (Carrey) leads a seemingly average life – an organ player in the local church, happily married to Debbie (Mann), and a member of the local police force. That is until he has a severe car accident that leads him to the ultimate epiphany: he’s gay and he’s going to live life to the fullest. Taking on an extravagant lifestyle, Steven turns to cons and fraud to make ends meet and is eventually sent to the State Penitentiary where he meets the love of his life, the sensitive Phillip Morris (McGregor). His devotion to freeing Phillip from jail and building the perfect life together prompts him to attempt (and often succeed at) one impossible con after another." (Source: Official Synopsis)

Reviews & comments
Jim Carrey at its best!
Is a sensational beautiful movie. Long withheld by American suppliers because it draws a perfect picture of the dumbest society on the planet. The poor guy is still serving a 144 year (yes you did read correctly 144 years) for theft today and these American fascists still try to convince the world that they defend human rights.
