The Press Reviews
These competent actresses deserve actual characters to play, but Birke's screenplay is as devoid of personality as the faceless cipher stalking its heroes. Full Review
The most perfunctory horror picture I've seen in some time. Full Review
The movie fails to understand that it's the characters' fixation on Slender Man - and not the phantom himself - that should be driving the terror. Full Review
Apart from its occasionally spooky images, "Slender Man" is a fundamentally derivative and empty-headed horror film. Full Review

Ring rip-off that's a waste of your time. Full Review
Promising source material and a talented cast are squandered in a stale, rigidly formulaic J-horror wannabe. Full Review
