The Wild Bunch

Classic, brutal 1969 Western from director Sam Peckinpah, following a bunch of outlaws forced to make a mad rush to the Mexican border when a Texas bank heist goes wrong. Stars William Holden, Ernest Borgnine and Robert Ryan.

Pike Bishop (Holden) planned to lead an aging gang of criminals to a be-all-end-all robbery that would assure their retirement. But when the plan fails they hole up in Mexico and switch tactics: steal a gun shipment for a big-shot General. With Bishop's reformed ex-partner, Deke (Ryan), in hot pursuit, the bunch try desperately to salvage a foreseeable future and escape their corroding lifestyle.
