Uncharted Waters

Documentary portrait of Australian surfer Wayne Lynch - from a coastal Victorian upbringing through his status as a teen surf/movie star and a key early proponent of short board, big wave surfing. The mercurial Lynch also experienced turbulent events folllowing being called up for National Service and a possible tour of duty in Vietnam. Making the choice to be a conscientious objector, Lynch went into hiding for several years.
