Oscar winners, hidden gems, and one of the greatest TV shows ever made grace the August line-up on NEON.
First off, a binge alert. Every single season of The Wire, one of the greatest TV series ever made, comes to NEON. If you haven’t seen this legendary crime saga before, it’s a must.
Last year’s musical monster hit A Star is Born takes the stage this month, as does multi-Oscar-winning Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.
Then there’s the second season of HBO’s BAFTA-winning media conglomerate drama Succession, packed with one hell of an ensemble including Brian Cox, Sarah Snook and Kieran Culkin (who scored a Globe in the first season).
Finally, a couple of cult hits. Drew Goddard’s character-driven crime mystery Bad Times at the El Royale checks in alongside last year’s 5-star shit-stirring satire Sorry to Bother You.
