Dragon Wars (D-War)

It's been called a B-movie (dialogue, plot-wise etc) with A-grade effects.

Basically, big-assed giant dragon serpents trash Los Angeles. Immersed in the story is television reporter Ethan Kendrick (Jason Behr from 'The Tattooist'), who seems to feel that the phenomenon has something to do with his childhood encounter with a mysterious antique store owner, Jack (Robert Forster).
