Comedian Gregg Turkington (aka Neil Hamburger) leads this unconventional drama as a broken and vapid stand-up entertainer touring the California desert, playing numerous dead-end gigs, and hoping to reconnect with his estranged daughter. Co-stars John C. Reilly (Step Brothers), Michael Cera (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), and Tye Sheridan (Mud).
