Of Mice and Men

The tragic story of two migrant workers - George (Gary Sinise), an intelligent but uneducated man, and Lennie (John Malkovich), a man of large stature but limited mental abilities - chasing dreams in Depression-era California, only to have their hopes destroyed. Based on the novel by Nobel Prize-winning John Steinbeck.

Nominated for Palme d'Or at Cannes 1992, the film saw Sinise and Malkovich both reprise their roles from a 1980 Steppenwolf stage production.
