A Hong Kong action film where "blood splashes in earnest, and the body count soars through the roof". Hartmann (Richie Ren) is renowned as the top shooter in the police force. But behind his legend lies a skeleton in the closet: his psychopathic, former teammate Ching (Huang Xiaoming), who was jailed for accidentally killing a hostage, has just been released. Their twisted rivalry comes to a head with Ching determined to take on Hartman and the police, believing they are the real culprits for his fall.
