Titi, Dodo and Şaşo are three close friends living in central Diyarbakır, Sur in late 90s. They try to make the ends meet on a daily basis since the opportunities of the city and the period do not allow any more than that. Dominated by the local language and culture, the story focuses on Titi's life among the three young men.
Titi breeds doves on the rooftop of his house. One day, Dodo, Şaşo and Titi release the doves for a race. When the weather changes, the doves they released do not return. As the 3 friends brood over what to do next, a mesmerizing white dove comes to them. This dove, which has a phone number written on its foot, opens a new window into their lives - especially Tito's. As the protagonists experience many adventures, changes, and transformations thanks to this dove, the audience witnesses the local language and culture of Diyarbakır.
