Review: Unhinged

Dont bother

I don't understand why this movie was made. It was horrific, nightmarish. It showed us what happens when one person wants to blame the world for the problems in his life. Russell Crowe was very believable, sadly. It spoke of deep violent rage inside us all, not balanced by anything. The heroine had to be equally violent to protect herself and her child. What can we take away from this movie? Nothing. Male violence needs to be explored but I believe you need the ying and the yang. I guess I believe cinema has a role to explore the human condition, but give me some hope...
