How to watch Palm Royale season 2 in New Zealand

Palm Royale season 2 is streaming exclusively in New Zealand on Apple TV+ from November 12, 2025. We’re getting 10 episodes this season, each dropping weekly, because Apple does not mess about with the binge model. They’re way too classy for that.

What is Palm Royale season 2 about?

Inspired by the book Mr. & Mrs. American Pie by Juliet McDaniel, Palm Royale sets its scene in 1969 Florida, where ambitious outsider Maxine Dellacorte-Simmons (Kristen Wiig) will do anything to break into the high society of wealthy Palm Beach, symbolised for her by membership at the enclave’s exclusive Palm Royale Country Club. That tends to involve a staggering amount of gossip, betrayal, and occasionally murder.

The first season ended on a cliffhanger, with (spoilers to follow) both the shooting of Ricky Martin’s bartender and the revelation that Carol Burnett’s society doyenne may in fact be an imposter. So this second season will almost certainly be opening with a bang.

The cast of Palm Royale season 2

Kristen Wiig is Maxine Dellacorte-Simmons; Ricky Martin is Robert Diaz; Josh Lucas is Douglas Darby Dellacorte-Simmons; Leslie Bibb is Dinah Donohue; Amber Chardae Robinson is Virginia; Laura Dern is Linda Shaw AKA Penelope Rollins; Allison Janney is Evelyn Rollins; and Carol Burnett is Norma Dellacorte, with support from Bruce Dern, Julia Duffy, and James Urbaniak. New this season are John Stamos and Patty LuPone, appearing in roles that have yet to be revealed.
