Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues – New Zealand trailer and release date
This one goes to 235 – that’s the combined ages of the main cast.

Everything old is new again, but sometimes it’s still old. Really, really old, like the lads in Spinal Tap, the subject of Rob Reiner’s none-more-seminal 1984 mockumentary, This Is Spinal Tap. They’re now returning in the probably-not-as-seminal-but-still-very-funny Spinal Tap II: The End Continues.
When is Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues being released in New Zealand?

What is Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues about?
The glory of failure.
Having spent years in the wilderness, heavy metal legends Spinal Tap reunite for a final tour, having once more leaped to the forefront of public consciousness through no fault or talent of their own. Documentary filmmaker Marti Di Bergi is once again on hand to capture the sights, the sounds, and the smells of a hard working rock band on the road. I am not bothering with the umlauts for the sake of both my sanity and keyboard.
The cast of Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues
Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer as the mighty, midbegotten Spinal Tap, known individually as Nigel Tufnel, David St. Hubbins, and Derek Smalls, respectively. Then we have Rob Reiner as documentary filmmaker Marty Di Bergi, as well as occupying the actual director’s chair. Fran Drescher is back as Bobbi Flekman, along with Paul Shaffer as Artie Fufkin and Kathreen Khavari as Yasmine Farangi, with Don Lake, John Michael Higgins, Jason Acuña, Nina Conti, Griffin Matthews, Kerry Godliman, Chris Addison, and Brad Williams.
And on the celebrity cameo side of the ledger, expect Paul McCartney, Elton John, Garth Brooks, Questlove, Trisha Yearwood, Chad Smith, and Lars Ulrich to show up at one point or another.

Why we’re excited about Spinal Tap 2: The End Continues
I mean, come on: it’s Spinal Tap, one of the most consistently funny things ever created. Will this sequel live up to the gold standard of the original? Of course not—don’t be daft. Will it be funny as hell? More than likely.
