Ma Dong-seok returns as "Beast Cop" Ma Seok-do for a third time in this follow-up to crime action films The Outlaws and The Roundup. 

Train to Busan star Ma Dong-seok leads this action crime film as "the beast cop" from 2017's The Outlaws, who heads to a foreign country to extradite a suspect. However, he discovers additional murder cases and learns about a killer who had committed crimes against tourists for many years.
