The Full Monteverdi

And now for something a little different: The Full Monterverdi is a UK produced, Italian opera shot like a traditional film. Sung throughout, it's based on Claudio Monteverdi's fourth book of Madrigals.

The story follows the simultaneous break-up of six couples at a single restaurant. From revelation, vengeful anger and longing for reconciliation, this ensemble film is "a portrait of contemporary love".
