What is Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 about?
One year after the supernatural events of Five Nights at Freddy’s, life has just about gotten back to normal for former security guard Mike (Josh Hutcherson) and police officer Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail). They’ve decided to keep the awful truth from Mike’s 11-year-old sister, Abby (Piper Rubio), re: the fate of her animatronic friends at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. But kids will get curious, and perhaps inevitably, Abby sneaks out to find out what happened to Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. What are the odds that this seemingly innocent transgression unleashes a torrent of unholy animatronic horror? 100%.

Creepy puppets hunting children through abandoned buildings works on a pretty primal level, and the OG Five Nights at Freddy’s managed the impressive trick of being both tongue in cheek and scary as hell. We’re always up for another slice.
