For those who came in late, this series offers us a variety of alternative takes on established MCU canon. What if Black Panther joined the Guardians of the Galaxy? What if there were zombies? Why we’re excited about What If…? season 3

The value in this series is that it’s not as beholden to the tangled continuity that sometimes makes the mainstream MCU such a slog. Although, to be fair, it does play with it a lot. That, combined with the largely unfettered possibilities offered by the animation medium, lets the House of Ideas really live up to its name. Plus, y’know, Storm—that’s definitely piqued our interest.
